Build Confidence
On & Off Set

Learn to carry yourself with confidence, grace, and intention—both in front of the camera and within the industry.

Modeling is about far more than being photogenic. It requires presence, discipline, adaptability, professionalism, and the confidence to walk into a room knowing who you are.

Through model coaching and workshops, I help aspiring models and developing talent build the practical skills and inner confidence they need to approach the fashion industry with greater preparation, poise, and purpose.

FROM THE INDUSTRY TO THE NEXT GENERATION

Real experience. Practical coaching. A personal approach.

I began my professional modeling career in 2011 and spent the following years working in some of the world's most influential fashion markets, including Los Angeles, New York, Paris, and Tokyo.

During my career, I worked with brands including Macy's, Target, and Alice & Olivia, gaining experience across commercial, lifestyle, and editorial work and learning what happens both in front of the camera and behind the scenes.

Now, I'm bringing that experience home to Nashville.

I created my coaching practice because I want aspiring models to have access to something I believe is often missing: practical education from someone who has actually worked in the industry, combined with encouragement to develop their own unique presence.

You don't need to have a certain personality, look, or level of experience to begin.

You need to learn how to use what you already have.

The most important part of FLOW: learning to work it on camera. Instead of stiffly jumping from one “pose” to another, you'll learn how to create a continuous flow of graceful, intentional movement while making the subtle adjustments that give photographers the variety they need.

W

Develop poses and movement depending on the outfit – whether you're showcasing clothing, jewelry, handbags, accessories, or specific details of a garment. We'll explore how fabric, movement, and product placement influences your posing.

O

Learn how to recognize your key light and understand how light direction affects your face, shadows, angles, and overall image. You'll learn when to face the light and when to intentionally work with shadow.

L

Learn how to work with your facial expressions, discover your most flattering angles, and develop the awareness to know what your expression looks like without a mirror. We'll also talk about how mindset affects what comes through the lens.
